CMM/Quality Control

With our Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine and accompanying software, we are able to accurately measure parts with complex geometries.  The CMM uses a touch probe to precisely record the X, Y, and Z coordinates of an object.  Once these points are generated the software can then analyze these points via regression and create algorithms to construct the features of the part being measured.  We are able to measure these features with repeatability of .0002” on parts up to 24” x 24” x15” in size.
