For nearly 70 years, we have been providing small and large production runs, prototype development and replacement/repair parts for our customers. We handle everything from start to finish including conception, design assistance, project planning, material acquisition, fabrication, material processing, finishing and packaging.
With full simultaneous 5 axis milling capabilities, we are able to machine parts with complex geometries in a single set-up. Lower cycle times and costs are achieved because more material can be removed with each tool pass. Better surface finishes result by using the 5-axis capabilities on contoured geometry.
Read MoreWith multi-spindle and live tooling options we are able to machine complex, multi-operational parts in a single set-up. In addition to their turning capabilities, our versatile lathes eliminate secondary operations involving drill presses, milling operations and finishing requirements thus reducing costs for our customers.
Read MoreWith our large vertical machining centers, we are capable of doing parts up to 40” in length. Additionally, our indexing devices allow us to add a 4th axis to our machining skills resulting in more efficient manufacturing of our customers’ components.
Read MoreWith its compact design and multi-tool gang plate, our swiss screw machines offer reduced cycle times in comparison with its lathe counterparts. Additionally, with the guide bushing feature, the Swiss reduces possibility for part deflection and provides excellent surface finishes.
Read MoreUsing the most advanced software and technology, we are able to take anything from homemade drawings to sketches on the back of a restaurant napkin and by using our in-house CAD (computer aided design) software we can create a 3D model of your idea. Then with the help of our CAM (computer aided manufacturing) software we can take that model and post process it to create a program to run in our CNC machines.

We can reproduce highly intricate designs including signboards, industrial labels and logos on our customers’ parts.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our skilled workforce. With hundreds of years of combined work experience in a job shop environment there is very little our machinists haven’t seen over the years. You can trust that we will give your project the utmost care and attention and get it done in the most efficient and cost effective way possible.
Read MoreWith the help of our incredibly accurate wire EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) equipment, we are able to hold extremely tight tolerances (as little as +/-.0001”) in meeting the needs of your precision components. Through this highly exact process we can machine any conductive material as well as hardened tool steel and exotic alloys. Wire EDM also cuts without contact – burr free. Because the wire is so fine, we can cut small-radius inside corners or even narrow slots and since the wire never touches the work piece, there are no cutting forces, so you can cut thin stock, fine ribs, or very delicate forms.
Read MoreWith our Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine and accompanying software, we are able to accurately measure parts with complex geometries. The CMM uses a touch probe to precisely record the X, Y, and Z coordinates of an object. Once these points are generated the software can then analyze these points via regression and create algorithms to construct the features of the part being measured. We are able to measure these features with repeatability of .0002” on parts up to 24” x 24” x15” in size.
